FAQ's for Real World Self Protection Class
Class:
Lessons are currently being held in Milford CT on Saturday mornings at
194 Bridgeport Ave. If you wish to come to class please contact Mario
Leone at 203-557-3312. The first month investment is $135.00. This
includes a pre-registration fee, then weapons are in the package free.
(Does not include T-shirt) Then every month after the first month investment

What to expect:
This class has alot of physical contact. Class starts at 8:30 am there are no uniforms, just T-shirts with this class. T-shirts can also be purchased. (Seperate and not included) This class has everything from weapons training to ground fighting included. No uniform is worn!
We do alot of Scenario based training in this class. So alot of the scenarios start from the emotional point. This is an emotional and physical class. We deal with fear management and how to cope with fear. The point of the training is to give youthe "Mody Body and Spirit experience". You have to experience the Physical, Emotional and Psychological aspects of self defense. Training the physical is just not enough. After all if your body is the gun your mind is the trigger.
